Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and development activities to create new and improved aerosol formulations
- Performing detailed chemical analyses and testing to ensure the quality and consistency of our products
- Collaborating with the product development team to optimise manufacturing processes and procedures
- Documenting and reporting on research findings, test results, and process improvements
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the chemistry and aerosol industries
- Providing technical support and expertise to other departments as required
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chemist or in a similar role within the chemistry or aerosol industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments, as well as data analysis software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
