Are you an experienced Chemist looking for a job vacancy in Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chemist / R&D Chemist to join our team in the OEM aerosol spray manufacturing industry.

This position is suitable for candidates with experience in chemistry, chemical formulation, aerosol products, laboratory testing, product development, and manufacturing processes who are interested in developing and improving aerosol formulations and supporting product innovation.

🔬 Job Responsibilities

As a Chemist in our aerosol manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting research and development (R&D) activities to create new and improved aerosol formulations
Performing detailed chemical analysis and laboratory testing to ensure product quality and consistency
Collaborating with the product development team to optimize manufacturing processes and procedures
Documenting and reporting research findings, laboratory test results, and process improvements
Keeping up to date with the latest chemistry and aerosol industry trends, technologies, standards, and regulations
Providing technical support and professional chemical expertise to other departments when required
Supporting continuous improvement of OEM aerosol spray formulations and manufacturing processes

🎓 Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chemist or in a similar role within the chemistry, chemical manufacturing, or aerosol industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, chemical testing instruments, and data analysis software
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong interest in the latest chemical technologies, aerosol formulations, and industry developments
