Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, unload, and shelve goods and supplies from vendors accurately.
Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing goods for delivery according to daily schedules and invoices.
Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and monthly stock takes) to ensure physical stock tallies with system records.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Microsoft Excel.
Maintain strict housekeeping standards to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe (adhering to 5S methodology).
Operate manual pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move materials safely within the facility.
Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in a warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping environment.
Possession of a valid forklift driving license or certificate is highly advantageous.
Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
Basic computer literacy for inventory data entry.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; a basic understanding of English is an added advantage.
Punctual, honest, and willing to work Overtime (OT) on weekends or public holidays during peak business periods.
